Flaviano is a sociologist and in the past 15 years he has been working in the field of non profit organisations and social enterprises. He is a researcher at Euricse (Eouropean Institute on Cooperatives and Social Enterprises; www.euricrs.eu) and he is Secretary of Iris Network (www.irisnetwork.it), the Italian network of Research Institutes on Social Enterprise.
He is a blogger on Vita Magazine online platform (http://blog.vita.it/fenomeni/).
Among his most recent published works, written together with Paolo Venturi, are the third edition of the “Report on social enterprise in Italy” and “Organisational hybrids; social innovation promoted by Gruppo Cooperativo CGM” @editormanque.
