Elisa, 46, Italian born in Padova, major of Arts in Oriental Languages in Venice. She has a husband and two wonderful kids. She has lived in Phnom Penh from 2006 to 2009.

In 2006, she founded Smateria in Cambodia with Jennifer. Today she works with her as a consultant on creation, production and human resource.

Like Jennifer, she loves dreaming and thinking positive. Unlike Jennifer, she has a natural gift for disorder.
