Natalia Pochinok, Doctor of Economics, is Rector of the Russian State Social University (RSSU) and Member of Russian Academic Methodological Association Council. Under her leadership RSSU became the first university in Russia to initiate development of social entrepreneurship academic programs.

She is on the Expert Council of the Government of the Russian Federation as well as on the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Her other public positions include Chairman of the Industrial Commission on Business Education of the Association of Russian Managers and Head of the Expert Committee of Higher Education and Training for the non-governmental organization “Business Russia”.
