Lawyer operating mainly in business law and international contracts. Over the last years he has deepened new areas of legal advice in innovation field both entrepreneurial and social, with solid experience in innovative startups and no-profit entities with particular attention to social business matters, social finance and impact investing. Not profit law lecturer at Bocconi University and SDA Bocconi in Milan. Author of many publications and papers in non profit law and impact investing. Since 2012 he is Honorary Consul for the Republic of Uganda in Milan.
