Chloé Tuot is an investment officer at PhiTrust Partenaires, France’s first social investment fund. Founded in 2005, PhiTrust provides financial and technical support to entrepreneurs building innovative businesses that have a positive impact on society, across Europe as well as globally. Chloé joined PhiTrust in 2012, following seven years of experience in international development providing strategy analysis, project management, and communications/marketing support for UN agencies, foundations, NGOs and social enterprises across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. She is French-American and holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and a degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
